Students from Park Academy, Sheffield, at the Cutlers' Hall.
Left - being welcomed by the Clerk to the Company, Colonel George Kilburn

The Company has received a gift of a piece of Sheffield hallmarked silver for the year 2011, thus maintaining the Company's unique collection of Sheffield hallmarked silver, which has at least one piece for every year since the Sheffield Assay Office was founded in 1773.
Professor Bill Speirs, Master Cutler, 2010-2011, commissioned a goblet of silver and gilt from Andrew Kerrison. The goblet is engraved with the Company's Coat of Arms and a rabbit. Don't ask! Or at least, ask Professor Speirs for an explanation the next time you see him.
