THE CUTLERS' COMPANY CHARITABLE TRUST
The Cutlers’ Company Grass Roots Fund is administered by the South Yorkshire Community Foundation. As envisaged in last year’s Annual Review benefits have accrued for the first time from the Grass Roots Scheme. The capital value of the fund is £244,531. This includes a generous donation from Michael and Barbara Mallett. The first distributions of income from this capital under the Grassroots Scheme have been made. The beneficiaries are:

On 30 June 2011 elderly people were invited to lunch in the Hall. These lunches have, in the past, been under the terms of the Stuart Goodwin Charity which now forms part of the Cutlers Company Charitable Trust. This is the last time the lunches will take place as there has been a gradual reduction in the number of attendees each year.

THE CUTLERS’ HALL PRESERVATION TRUST LIMITED
The twenty-ninth Annual Report of the Council of Management reports that they anticipate approving grants to The Company of Cutlers for the year ending 4 October 2011 totalling £62,000 all for the general maintenance and preservation of the Hall.
The Council of Management also anticipate receiving advance applications from the Company for grants totalling £35,000 for the year ending 3 October 2012 for the general maintenance and preservation of the Hall.
