A highly accomplished and respected finance professional, Victoria Clarke Brown is a Chartered Director, qualified accountant (FCMA), and experienced Non-Executive Director with over 30 years of global experience in the manufacturing sector.

Renowned for tenacity, ethical leadership, and a deep commitment to corporate governance, Victoria has held senior finance roles in businesses from SMEs to multinationals, leading complex turnarounds, high-value acquisitions, and successful business sales.

Currently Finance Director at Kitlocker.com, Victoria has previously served as CFO at Special Melted Products Ltd and Custom Solar, where she delivered transformational growth and structured exits. An advocate for responsible leadership, Victoria is Independent Chair of HLM Architects EOT, a trustee for several regional charities and an Ambassador for the Institute of Directors.

Recognised as Northern Finance Director of the Year (2024) and a finalist for IoD’s Chartered Director of the Year (2018), she combines strategic insight with operational rigour to drive sustainable, values-led performance. Victoria lives in Barnsley with her husband, 5 ex-racing greyhounds and 9 ex-commercial hens.

Victoria is also a Member of The Cutlers Company of Hallamshire, recognising her contribution to manufacturing in the region and subject to election, is in line to be Master Cutler in 2027/2028.
