Wednesday 9th July, the Better Learners Better Workers Graduation was held at Cutlers’ Hall, celebrating the incredible achievements of students across the BLBW programme. We welcomed 156 ambassadors from 14 different schools alongside a number of different businesses and organisations who have supported the programme.

A huge thank you to Sarah Ward and the BLBW team for their dedication and passion throughout the year. The event was a true showcase of the students’ growth, confidence, and hard work.

We’re also deeply grateful to the employers who help make this programme possible, whether through school visits, workplace tours, or hands-on challenges, your support keeps students engaged and inspired.

The employer-led programme spans both primary and secondary schools, offering real-world experiences and meaningful encounters with professionals across Sheffield and beyond.

The Master and Mistress Cutler were honoured to attend the event and present some of the awards, alongside teachers, parents, carers, and businesses, all united in support of these young people.

There was a strong sense of pride in the room, not just in individual accomplishments, but in the collective success of peers and classmates. A brilliant reminder of what’s possible when education and industry come together.

Thank you to everyone who attended and continues to champion the future of our young workforce. A special thank you to the headline sponsor, SolPro Brazing, and Andrew Cox Photography.
