CUTLERS’ HALL WELCOMES BENEFICIARIES OF THE ARCHER PROJECT

Earlier this week, we were pleased to show our support for The Archer Project, welcoming a group of its beneficiaries to Cutlers’ Hall for a special tour led by our Beadle, Richard Vardy.

The group, made up of people who have experienced homelessness and have fully engaged with the support and services offered by The Archer Project, had expressed an interest in learning more about Sheffield’s history and the story of The Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire.

Richard led the group through Cutlers’ Hall, sharing stories about the building, its unique features and the Company’s long-standing connection with Sheffield’s manufacturing and wider community.

It was a fantastic opportunity to open the doors of Cutlers’ Hall to people from across the city and share some of Sheffield’s rich history with a new audience.

We’re proud to support organisations doing valuable work in our community and were delighted to welcome the group to Cutlers’ Hall.

Thank you to The Archer Project for visiting, and to Richard for bringing the history of Cutlers’ Hall to life.
