On Tuesday 14th November 2023, Master Cutler, Mr Charles Turner DL, was delighted to host the Horatio’s Garden Sheffield and East launch at the Cutlers’ Hall.
The event saw many supportive guests including Deputy Lord Lieutenant, Lady Rowena Montagu, Stuart Wortley DL representing the Lord Lieutenant, Lord Mayor Councillor, Colin Ross, High Sheriff Professor, Jaydip Ray DL, the Mayor of South Yorkshire, Oliver Coppard, President of the Chamber of Commerce, Karen Mosley and Chair of Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Annette Laban.
Horatio’s Garden Sheffield & East will become the eighth and latest of the charity’s gardens at the second-largest spinal injury centre in the UK at the Northern General Hospital. Horatio’s Garden Sheffield & East will support an extensive geographical area spanning Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Norfolk, Suffolk and North Cambridgeshire.
