JOINT AWARD SCHEME 2021/2022

Since 1926, the Company of Cutlers and the Worshipful Company of Armourers and Brasiers have been jointly funding awards schemes for young people. This has taken many forms and is currently an engineering and design award.

The Awards, of up to £1,500 per project, are in their chosen area of engineering and manufacturing. It may also be of value to their employer or academic establishment. This may include travel to enable direct contact with companies, conferences or other organisations.

The deadline for applications is 22 January 2022 and interviews will be held on 17 and 18 February 2022 with successful candidates being invited to a presentation evening at the Cutlers’ Hall on 15 March 2022 attended by the Master Cutler and the Master of the Armourers and Brasiers Company.
