MASTER CUTLER’S CHALLENGE 2025-26 RAISES £170,353 FOR WESTON PARK CANCER CHARITY

The Master Cutler’s Challenge 2025–26 has officially come to a close, marking the end of an incredible year of fundraising and community support.

This year’s Challenge raised £170,353 for Weston Park Cancer Charity’s ‘See It. Treat It.’ appeal, supporting the campaign to bring Sheffield its first MRI simulator dedicated to cancer care.

The Challenge, led by the Master Cutler, brought together members, Freemen, Associate Freemen, Friends and businesses across South Yorkshire to raise funds for a cause that will have a lasting impact on cancer care in Sheffield and beyond.

The closing ceremony marked the culmination of the Challenge and provided an opportunity to celebrate everyone who contributed throughout the year. From taking part in fundraising activities to making donations and spreading the word, every contribution helped the Challenge reach its goal.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported this year’s Challenge and helped make it such a success. It is wonderful to see what can be achieved when our South Yorkshire community comes together.
