THE MASTER AND MISTRESS CUTLER VISIT FREEMANS COLLEGE AT STERLING WORKS – 15.5.23

The Master Cutler, Dame Julie Kenny and Hallamshire Mistress, Rachel Abbott, visited Freemans College at Sterling Works operated by Ruskin Mill Trust.

They met some of the tutors and students of the College and heard all about the progress the students make in learning some of the old traditions of manufacturing. Dame Julie and Rachel were also delighted to have the opportunity to cast their own hands in pewter during the visit!

A huge thank you to all the staff and students who facilitated their visit and congratulations on all the amazing work that is being done at the College.
